Yoga
Yoga is an exercise program in which anyone can participate. Limitations can challenge us both physically and mentally- overcoming these limitations with respect and compassion is our focus at After The Masters. We combine the physical practice of asanas (poses/exercises) with pranayama (breathing) and meditation. We offer a wide variety of classes-Mindful Flow yoga for mature adults, rehabilitation after injury or just relaxation and stress relief, Stretch for gentle flexibility and range of motion, Core Energy to develop the strength and tone for the back and abdominals, and many more.
After The Masters is a boutique studio devoted to your health, wellness and growth. Our classes are small and individual attention is guaranteed for an amazing experience for each aspect of you- mind, body and spirit.

10:00-11:00 am Mindful Flow- Intermediate to Advanced poses with emphasize on linking the breath and movement to take your practice to new levels of awareness.
6:00-7:30 pm Deep Stretch & Tone- Improves joint health, flexibility and range of motion. Combines ground poses held for 3-5 mins with standing poses for toning the muscles.
Tuesday
10am -2pm Open Yoga Studio- Come and enjoy a mysore type yoga class, work on poses, meditation, pranayama on your own or get individual guidance. CALL AHEAD
Wednesday
10:00-11:00 am Deep Stretch & Tone- Improves joint health, flexibility and range of motion. Combines ground poses held for 3-5 mins with standing poses for toning the muscles.
11:00am~3pm Open Art Studio- bring your art supplies and join me in a safe, supportive, creative atmosphere, Bring in works for constructive analysis. CALL AHEAD
Thursday
